Κυριακή του Πάσχα-Εσπερινός της Αγάπης

Η ακολουθία του Εσπερινού της Αγάπης τελείται το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής του Πάσχα. Το Ευαγγέλιο διαβάζεται σε όσο περισσότερες γλώσσες γίνεται. 


 Οὔσης οὖν ὀψίας τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ τῇ μιᾷ σαββάτων, καὶ τῶν θυρῶν κεκλεισμένων 

ὅπου ἦσαν οἱ μαθηταὶ συνηγμένοι διὰ τὸν φόβον τῶν Ἰουδαίων, ἦλθεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς 
καὶ ἔστη εἰς τὸ μέσον, καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς· Εἰρήνη ὑμῖν. 

Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.

Quella sera stessa, cioè quella domenica, dopo che le porte della casa dove stavano i discepoli erano state sbarrate per paura dei Giudei, ecco che Gesù stava in mezzo a loro. «Pace a voi!» li saluto.

Κατὰ τὴν ἑσπέραν τῆς ἡμέρας ἐκείνης,τῆς πρώτης ἑβδομάδος, καὶ ἐνῷ οἱ πόρτες ἦσαν κλειστές, ἐκεῖ ποὺ ἦσαν συγκεντρωμένοι οἱ μαθηταί, διότι ἐφοβοῦντο τοὺς Ἰουδαίους, 
ἦλθε ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ στάθηκε εἰς τὸ μέσον καὶ τοὺς λέγει, «Εἰρήνη νὰ εἶναι μαζί σας».
